Job Description:

You will be responsible to answer inquiries coming in from our chat system. You will work with great people, great software, and many tools to help our clients.

You can work from home or come to work in our cool Ogden office! We meet there as a team once a week (optional) to go to lunch and hang out.

We have a history of graduating people at this position to other positions in the company depending on the skill, interest, and talents.

Responsibilities:

Be consistently available to answer questions via chat, communicate with other team members, find and pass on helpful articles, help improve articles.
