Executive Assistant

Position Summary:


We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Executive Assistant, renowned for problem-solving prowess and above-average communication skills. This role is perfect for someone proactive, able to anticipate needs, and adept at managing a wide range of responsibilities in a dynamic environment. You will report to the CEO and will help fill needs in almost every department of the company, from HR, to Accounting, along with other special projects. 


Key Responsibilities:​

  • Research: Performing in-depth research on various topics, such as competitors, industry trends, and potential business opportunities.

  • Coordination of Special Projects: Planning and executing special projects, events, product launches, or campaigns.

  • Travel Arrangements: Booking and managing all aspects of business travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, along with creating comprehensive travel itineraries.

  • Digital File Management: Organizing and managing digital files and documents efficiently.

  • HR Tasks: Handling fundamental HR-related tasks, including hiring, onboarding, and off-boarding.

  • Bookkeeping: Conducting basic bookkeeping duties.

  • Social Media Management: Preparing and posting occasional content on social media platforms.

  • Rover Duties: Filling in various roles and completing diverse tasks as required.


  • Superior communication skills, both in writing and speaking.

  • Ability to anticipate needs before they are asked.

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent skills in organization and time management, capable of prioritizing multiple tasks.

  • Proficient in office management systems and procedures, Google Suite, cloud services, and other relevant software.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.

  • Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.

  • Flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing priorities and job responsibilities.

  • Fundamental knowledge of HR processes and social media management.
