Can I upload my logos and colors? You can upload your logo and choose from some stock colors, or upload a custom image that includes your logo, it’s set up for maximum customization.
How do I get it set up? We assist you in all things related to set up to ensure that you get up and running quickly. We start with a consultation where we assess your requirements, provide a bid proposal, set you up, and launch! We’ll be there every step of the way to help you get the most of your new tools.
Where is my data being stored? How do I know my data is secure? The physical server is located in Xmission’s co-location facility in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. All entry points require dual biometric authentication (fingerprint and PIN code). Entrances are monitored 24x7x365 by staff via cameras. The servers have fully redundant power connections and disks, ensuring that the machines are online at all times and no data is ever lost. Nightly backups are stored offsite to further prevent data loss. All Allmoxy sites are hosted on dedicated installations with no other domains running on it. The installation is managed by Allmoxy with data security being of the utmost importance. A firewall residing on the installation uses active detection to block any unauthorized attempt to access the system. Only authorized services are allowed access to the machine at all times. Each Allmoxy instance uses its own database, directories, and authentication credentials. No other Allmoxy installation can gain access to your data. No outside companies have any access to Allmoxy data. Every installation uses SSL on all pages to secure data moving in and out.
